Instructions on Posters & Demos

The poster and demo session will take place on Tuesday, September 6 at 17:30 together with the TPDL reception in the Niedersachenhalle A.

Poster Format

Posters will be displayed on panels 1 meter (width) x 2 meters (height). Therefore, the maximum poster size is A0 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper_size), i.e. 841 mm (width) x 1189 mm (height).

You can mount the poster during the day. Fastening material will be provided. They should be ready before the minute madness at 17:00.

Demos

If you want present your work also as a demo please send a note to info@tpdl2016.org. A table with power and wireless LAN will be provided.

Minute Madness

At the beginning of the poster and demo session, there will be a minute madness where each presenter of a poster or a demo will be given 1 minute to present their poster/demo and raise audience interest on it. The minute madness will be located in Niedersachenhalle B and begins at 17:00.

The slides must be prepared ahead and submitted to TPDL 2016 organization at info@tpdl2016.org no later than:

Slides must be in PDF format and maximum 2 slides are allowed (a title page slide and a content slide). Please use the same title you used when you submitted your short paper/demo.
